The food okay, but unqualified staff. Spilled coffee is not of a good standard. They even did not apologize after bringing it.

THEY WONT STOP SCREAMING OUCH OUCH MY EAR
A hotel and restaurant designed for gentle tourism in the midst of a fantastic natural park backdrop. Supposedly remote but definitely very quiet. In addition, the public buses to Mariazell and Mürzzuschlag stop right outside the front door.
The kitchen and cellar give no reason for criticism, the wellness area even plays in a higher league than the hotel's three stars would suggest.
But what really stands out in a positive sense is the excellent management of the company, familiar and warm, not just friendly alone. You can tell that people enjoy their job and are passionate about it. Not just the bosses, also the employees.
Hopefully it will stay that way forever, it has become rare these days.
To top it all off, a price/performance ratio that can only be a positive surprise in times of inflation.
